As with all Lego products but especially with Minecraft you can let your imagination run wild as the Minecraft Lego “The Farm Set” brings the game scenario to life once again!!
Once you have built this with your child it is time to get into character!
You will need food to survive and let’s face it there’s no supermarkets in the game so you will have to yield your renewable resources from somewhere! Why not with the Farm?
You will not survive in the game without food so you will need food to survive! Get the livestock fenced in and channel the flowing water to help grow your crops. There is a variety of plants you can grow to harvest including pumpkins, wheat, sugar cane and carrots.
The attention to detail for this Lego set is Awesome and includes a crafting table to create various items created by imagination.
The set comes with the token baddy as well so you will have to watch out for the skeleton with his bow and arrow after nightfall.
You can also rebuild the set for more LEGO Minecraft creations and even combine with 21115 The First Night which really compliments the Farm set. Before you know it you will be uprading to the Minecraft Fortress!!
You can add to your collection and add other sets in the series for an even bigger Minecraft adventure just as you can in the game.
Lego Minecraft The Farm Includes figures to add to the set and they are; a Steve mini-figure with an accessory, plus a skeleton as mentioned earlier, cow and a sheep are also included but you can always buy more figures separate as you go on.
This Lego set has a 5 star rating at the time of writing this review and I recommend purchasing from Amazon purely as this product is fulfilled by amazon. This means Lego have sent a batch of their products to Amazon warehouses and they will be picked and packed and sent direct to you by Amazon. The advantage of this is, that you have certain buyer protection and customer service after care and you will probably receive your item the next day.
The only drawback I would say I have with this set is the same with all Lego products and that is not suitable for Children under 36 months and Adult supervision is required for under 8’s however I would say under 9’s.
The product dimensions are: 35.4 x 5.9 x 19.1 cm and weigh 100g and consists of 262 pieces that works out to 15p per brick.
All in all what better way of getting your child of the computer and occupying them as they can build a Minecraft world in reality as well as in the virtual world!

Lego is brilliant for imagination and minecraft is excellent for the kids.
Minecraft and Lego compliment each other as they both use blocks to build hence it’s a perfect match!

I like children’s toys that helps with brain development and creative imagination and this Lego mineCraft is just excellent.
In today’s world where little kids all have fancy hand held tech devices it’s great that Lego is still standing tall, encouraging creativity.

What’s not to like?
This set teaches kids how farms essentially work

I totally agree yet I’ve never thought of it like that. Good observation David!
My kid really likes to build things, so I was thinking of maybe introducing him to Minecraft. I’ve heard about if for years and that this is the thing a lot of creative kids are playing with.
Although my kid is only 7 and this set is for 8+, I do feel he can handle it. He plays with lots of stuff, like puzzles that are above his age, and he can solve them with no problem.
Do you think this set is a good introduction or do you possibly have a better suggestion? Thanks!

Oh how I remember my kids playing with lego and Minecraft but I didn’t know Minecraft was now in lego. This is such a cool toy, anything lego is a win for me. children can learn so much by playing lego. This one is particular looks pretty cool and kind of big to assemble, love the review..
